VibeyFest is run by a small team. We typically respond to emails within 1 to 3 business days. For urgent issues related to a paid trip plan, please write "URGENT" in the subject line and we will prioritize a response.

When does VibeyFest officially launch?

Our target soft launch is mid-August 2026, timed with the festival season. Founding members on the waitlist will be the first to access the product.

How do I claim a founding member spot?

Sign up on the homepage. The first 500 sign-ups get 50% off forever.

Is VibeyFest only for EDM festivals?

No. VibeyFest is built to work for any festival with a lineup. EDM, jam, indie, country, metal, hip-hop. If the festival exists, VibeyFest plans the trip.

Will VibeyFest cover festivals outside the US?

The first version focuses on US festivals. International expansion is on the roadmap once the US product is fully proven.
