VibeyFest exists because planning a festival trip is harder than it should be. This is the short version of why we are doing this.

The problem

If you have ever planned a festival trip with a group of friends, you know the routine. One person searches flights on Kayak. Another fights with Airbnb. Someone else is in five different group chats trying to figure out who is driving, who is camping, and which sets everyone actually wants to see. Then the festival drops the schedule a week before the event and the whole plan gets reshuffled.

Six apps. Three group chats. Two spreadsheets. By the time the trip starts, half the fun is already gone.

What VibeyFest does

VibeyFest pulls all of that into one place. You answer a few questions about your festival, your group, your budget, your music taste. Our AI builds you a complete trip plan in seconds. Flights. Accommodations. Transportation. A personalized set schedule built around the artists you actually care about. Insider tips specific to that festival that you would only know from going.

The basic overview is free. The full personalized plan is a small one-time fee per trip. We earn additional revenue when you book your flights or hotel through our affiliate links, at no extra cost to you.

Who built this

VibeyFest was founded by Cody Coffman, a longtime festival-goer based in the Pacific Northwest. The idea came from his own frustration after one too many trips where coordinating the logistics took more time than enjoying the experience.

This is not a venture-backed app built in a coworking space by people who have never been to a festival. It is being built by someone who actually goes to these events, knows the pain points, and is in the campsite right alongside everyone else.

What we believe

• Festivals are about the experience. Anything that gets in the way of that is a problem worth solving.
• The best recommendations come from people who have been there. Generic travel apps cannot tell you which campsite has the best cell service or where the line for the good food vendor is shortest. We can.
• Group trips should bring you closer, not test your friendships. Coordination should not be a second job.
• Pricing should be fair. Founding members get 50% off forever. Everyone else gets a price that respects the value of their time.

What is next

The first version of VibeyFest is targeted for mid-August 2026. Bass Canyon is the soft launch event. From there, we will be incorporating real user feedback through the rest of the 2026 festival season and into 2027.

Music festivals are the starting point. Sporting events, motorsports, conventions, and other destination experiences are on the roadmap. Anywhere people travel as a group and need a plan, VibeyFest is being built to handle it.
