Parking
Parking is $60 cash only paid on site upon arrival. This applies to all tent camping and admission-only attendees. Parking is included with RV Camping and Car Camping passes. Bring cash specifically for parking.
Transportation
Kansas City International Airport (MCI) is the nearest major airport, approximately 40 minutes north of the venue. There is no Uber, Lyft, or taxi service in La Cygne. A rental car is required for anyone flying in. Book your rental early as supply gets limited near festival weekend.

Food and Drink
Since Dancefestopia is a camping festival, food costs vary significantly depending on how much you bring versus how much you buy on site. Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the venue. In the campground you can bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks stored in coolers.
No open flame cooking is permitted. Plan your campsite food around no-cook options, a cooler with pre-prepared meals, and snacks. Buying food inside the venue for every meal across multiple days adds up quickly. Stocking your cooler before arriving is the most cost-effective approach. There are food vendors inside the venue but specific prices are not published in advance. Budget generously for venue food if you plan to eat there regularly.
Stock up in Kansas City before you drive south. There are limited grocery and supply options near La Cygne. Fill your cooler, stock your snacks, and buy any camping supplies you need while you are still in the Kansas City area. It is your last real chance to shop at normal prices.
