No re-entry for most ticket holders. Standard GA passes do not allow re-entry once you are inside. Camping wristband holders and certain hotel package holders have re-entry privileges. Check the official FAQ for your pass type. Plan your transportation around being inside all day with no midday exit. Source: official Bourbon and Beyond FAQ.
The Venue
Bourbon and Beyond 2026 takes place at the Kentucky Expo Center in Louisville, Kentucky. The venue sits at the junction of I-65 and I-264, directly adjacent to Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport. It's especially easy to reach for a major festival, whether you're driving or flying in. Source: official Bourbon and Beyond FAQ.
On-Site Parking
On-site parking at the Kentucky Expo Center has run around $40 per day based on 2025 WDRB coverage. General parking is sold directly through the Kentucky Expo Center. Verify current 2026 pricing at bourbonandbeyond.com/parking-info before your trip. Arriving early is recommended as spaces are limited. A few more key details to know about parking:
- Vehicles that leave during the show lose their spot and must repurchase on re-entry
- Overnight parking is not permitted
- Exit traffic after headliners is consistently described as slow; plan accordingly or use an alternative

Park and TARC
The Park and TARC option is available for both Bourbon and Beyond and Louder Than Life at the same venue the week before. The details below are based on the 2025 festival and TARC information. Confirm current 2026 stops, times, and pricing at the Directions page on bourbonandbeyond.com or at riderta.com before your trip. - Park at the PARC garage at 115 W Jefferson Street downtown for a nominal daily fee
- Board the number 2 TARC bus at S 1st Street and W Liberty Street
- Exit at Phillips Lane and Freedom Way near Gate 1 of the Kentucky Expo Center
- Buses run every 15 to 20 minutes throughout the day
- Return service runs until at least midnight after shows
- Return from near Gate 4 at Crittenden Drive
Best option for most attendees. At roughly $40 a day for on-site parking versus a cheaper downtown garage and free TARC rides for everyone in your car, Park & TARC usually beats driving in for most groups. You also avoid most of the post-show exit traffic.
Rideshare
Uber and Lyft both serve Louisville. Keep these rideshare factors in mind:
- Expect surge pricing at the end of each night when the crowd exits at once
- Pickups near Gate 1 can be chaotic after headliners; walking to a different gate or a few blocks from the main exit typically improves both pricing and wait time
- Leaving a few minutes before the headliner ends puts you ahead of the main crowd surge
Flying In
Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport sits directly adjacent to the Kentucky Expo Center. If you are flying in, this is about as close as a major festival gets to a commercial airport. Verify current ground transportation options from the terminal, including rental cars and rideshare pickup locations, before your trip.
Driving to Louisville
The Kentucky Expo Center sits at the junction of I-65 and I-264, making it straightforward to reach from most directions. Expect traffic near the venue to spike around opening and closing times each festival day. Verify current drive times from your location using Google Maps before your trip.
